The 2022 Annual Meeting of Members will be held via teleconference due to rising local COVID-19 concerns. Members may choose to join the meeting via telephone or computer via Zoom, however must first register to attend. To register, please send your attendance request to
attendameeting@astfinancial.com and follow the instructions outlined below.
- In the subject of the email please include “AMFAM Member Meeting”
- In the body of the email, please indicate your intent to attend the meeting and provide your full name and current mailing address.
Once we receive your email request, we will confirm your current member status. Once your member status is confirmed, you will receive an email from
attendameeting@astfinanical.com with login credentials to attend.

The 2023 American Family Insurance Mutual Holding Company Annual Meeting of Members will be held in person at 2:00 p.m. Central on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at the Company's Headquarters, 6000 American Parkway, Madison, Wisconsin.
To vote by proxy, you will need your 12-digit control number, which you will find at the top of the proxy notice you received in the mail or via email.

The Proxy Notice describes the specific matters to be voted on. You may cast your vote by any one of the following three methods:
- By Internet
Please enter your control number in the box provided above. Your control number is found on your Proxy Notice. Your vote must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time on Thursday, March 2, 2023. If you need your control number, please contact us at (866) 521-4219.
- By Telephone
Telephone voting is available by calling (888) 227-9349. Operators are available between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. Eastern Time at (866) 521-4219. You must use the 12-digit control number shown on the front of your notice to vote. Your vote by telephone must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time on Thursday, March 2, 2023.
- By Mail
You may request a Proxy Card by sending an email to amfamproxy@proxyonline.com or calling (866) 521-4219 and the Proxy Card will be mailed promptly to you. To facilitate timely delivery of the Proxy Card, we need to receive your request as soon as possible. Complete the Proxy Card as instructed and return it in the envelope provided. Your vote by mail must be received by 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time on Thursday, March 2, 2023.
- In Person
Members may vote on the election of directors, and such other matters as may properly come before the meeting, by attending the Annual Meeting of Members in person at the American Family Insurance Mutual Holding Company headquarters located at 6000 American Parkway, Madison, Wisconsin, at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 2023. A valid vote cast in person will replace any previously voted proxy.

Members include policyholders of the following insurance companies: American Family Mutual Insurance Company, S.I., American Family Insurance Company, American Standard Insurance Company of Ohio, and NGM Insurance Company, as of December 31, 2022.

The online proxy voting system provided by AST Fund Solutions, LLC maintains a high level of security to ensure the confidentiality of your vote. Security includes the following:
- Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This is a security feature that encrypts all information that travels between the online proxy voting system and the computer of the voting member.
- Control Number. Each member receives a personalized voting control number upon receipt of their proxy package. AST Fund Solutions, LLC verifies these numbers and displays the correct proxy information.

You should only vote using one method. The only reason for you to vote again would be to change your previous vote. Please remember that since your voting instructions are processed in the order in which they are received, your last vote received will be the one that counts.

amfamproxy@proxyonline.com. Please place “AMFAM Annual Meeting” in the subject line and include your full name, address, your control number (located on your proxy card) and intent to attend the meeting in the body of the email. You may also register to attend the meeting by calling (866) 521-4219.
Your registration must be received on or before February 25, 2022

Yes. You may revoke your proxy at any time before it is voted by sending a written notice to the company expressly revoking your proxy.
